Join us for an engaging, interactive seminar where we’ll dive into the concept of resilience—what it truly means and what it doesn’t. Together, we will explore practical skills to help you build resilience in your daily life to prepare you to navigate challenges with greater confidence and strength. This session is designed to be hands-on, so come ready to participate and discover tools you can start using right away!

About Pamela Miano
Pamela is passionate about promoting well-being in a way that’s both practical and relatable. Her goal is to help students find useful tools to improve their well-being. Pamela is a registered psychologist with the Counsellors and Psychologists (C&P) board, Kenya and a member of the Positive Psychology Association Kenya (PPAK). She is pursuing a Ph.D. focused on positive psychological interventions and student well-being.
