The Professorship of Regenerative Urbanism is responsible for Teaching students of the Department of Architecture in the Architecture and Urban Design course, both in the Bachelor's and Master's programs.
The semester topic of the Professorship of Regenerative Urbanism is called Radical Resources and describes a paradigmatic approach to regenerative resource management. It aims to develop innovative and transformative spatial solutions for the use and reuse of natural and industrial resources that take into account both ecosystemic and social dynamics. In this semester, we explore design-based circular economy and ecosystem regeneration opportunities to significantly reduce the ecological footprint of production and consumption systems. By applying principles such as regenerative design and social justice, we aim to establish an ecologically integrated use of resources.
