Registration for the International Week 2025

Our foreign guests are requested to register by February 28th, 2025 using the online form for the International Week. Teaching and administrative staff can also specify here whether and for which topic they would like to offer a guest lecture or a presentation.

Please wait for a final invitation/personal confirmation of your participation from the International Office at the Jade University before making travel or hotel reservations. 
We will get in touch with you at the latest after the end of the registration period.

It is not necessary for students and staff of Jade University to register for the International Week. All university members are cordially invited to participate in the events for the respective target groups.

Data protection notice: The following information is required to receive your registration for the event "International Week 2025" and to process it within the scope of the organisation and execution of the event. Your details will be processed by the International Office for the purpose of organising, carrying out and accounting for the event and forwarded to Department 2 / Finance and Controlling for accounting purposes. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO. If your data is incomplete, your registration cannot be accepted, as the information is absolutely necessary for the organisation, execution and settlement of accounts. Your data will be deleted after the complete invoicing of the event, as long as there are no obstacles to deletion due to storage and archiving obligations.
