Application - German Course for Refugees

Privacy notice: The submitted information is required to accept your registration for the selected event and to further process it in the context of the organization and implementation of the event. Your information will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event. Some of the personal data will be passed on to the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) (see below for details). The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e) DSGVO. If your data is incomplete, your registration cannot be accepted, as the information is mandatory for the organization and implementation. Your information will be deleted after the event has been held, provided that there are no obstacles to deletion due to retention and archiving obligations.

The course is funded by the DAAD's Integra program. As part of its monitoring, the DAAD sends anonymized online surveys to the (former) participants of the Integra courses at regular intervals in order to enable scientific accompanying research on the refugee programs within the framework of retention studies. For this purpose, the Jade University of Applied Sciences forwards the names and e-mail addresses of the course participants to the DAAD. In addition, the country of origin, year of birth, gender and residence status will be passed on to the DAAD in anonymized form for statistical surveys. By registering for the course, you agree to the transfer of this personal data.
